B2B platform
Fuelhaul
Fuelhaul is a B2B diesel ordering and logistics platform designed around customers, orders, delivery locations, transport operations and white-label deployments.
- Role
- I designed and engineered operational software for ordering, customers, transport and white-label company deployments.
- Technology
- Next.js · React Native · AWS Amplify · AWS Cognito · AWS AppSync · GraphQL · DynamoDB · S3 · Mapbox

01 Context
Diesel supply is a high-frequency operational business. Orders, delivery locations, vehicles, drivers and settlements have to stay aligned across companies that often need their own branded instance of the same system.
02 Problem
Generic CRUD apps collapse under this domain. The product has to model organisations, depots, orders and transport as one operational loop — and then be deployable as more than one company-facing product.
03 My Role
I worked across product definition, UX, full-stack engineering and the AWS-backed architecture that made white-label deployments possible.
04 Product
The platform covers the operational surfaces of a fuel business:
- Ordering and order history
- Customers and organisations
- Delivery locations and depots
- Vehicles, drivers and staff
- Payments and operational dashboards
- White-label configuration for multiple company deployments
05 Architecture
The stack is Next.js on AWS Amplify, with a React Native PWA client, Cognito for authentication, AppSync/GraphQL for the API layer, DynamoDB for operational data, S3 for files, and Mapbox for mapping.

06 Interface
The dashboard is organised around daily operations — orders, history, vehicles and drivers — rather than a marketing site sitting in front of a spreadsheet.
07 Outcome
Fuelhaul is the record of serious B2B operational software I designed and shipped.
